How to Adjust the Volume Levels for both Lav and Mombo - Thursday, October 02, 2008

You can adjust the volume for BOTH Lav's audio broadcast and DT's audio Mombo Broadcast. Simply use the Volume Slider Bar next to their names in the Participants List. This allows you to hear as much or as little of either of them while in the room.

What if I lose Audio from either Lav or DT? - Thursday, October 02, 2008

If you have a brief internet connection outage, you will sometimes lose the audio connection. Actually the audio stops because it loses connection to the server. All you need to do to restart the audio is to click the "Stop" button next to the name of the audio feed you have lost. It will now look like a "Play" button. Click it again to start the audio feed. Occassionally, this will not work so you will need to exit the meeting and reenter.

I am trying to read Text Chat further up, but as soon as someone types, it scrolls to the bottom! - Thursday, October 02, 2008

Thanks to a clever room member, there is a simple workaround to this frustrating experience. Simply HOLD DOWN your Mouse Button when you scroll the slider bar up in the text chat window. This will "Hold" or "Lock" the window text in place while you read it.

Size the Text Size in the Room (or any web page!) - Wednesday, June 11, 2008

When you are in the room and would like to make the Text a different size so it is easier for you to read then:

Hold down the Ctrl Key and Press the + Key (plus) to make the Font Larger
Hold down the Ctrl Key and Press the - Key (minus) to make the Font Smaller
